Preparation

  • Start by defrosting langostinos if using frozen.
  • In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in the white wine and allow it to simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add langostinos and lemon juice; cook until langostinos turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
