Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz block feta cheese
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs optional – oregano, dill, or thyme

Instructions
 

  • Place the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and olive oil into a food processor or blender. Blend for 4-5 minutes until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed for even blending.
  • Add the lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the mixture. If using dried herbs, add them now.
  • Blend again to combine and adjust the seasoning to taste.
  • Transfer the whipped feta dip to a bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • Before serving, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with optional toppings like toasted pine nuts, fresh herbs, or crushed red pepper flakes.

Notes

Room Temperature Ingredients: Ensure the feta cheese and yogurt are at room temperature for smoother blending.
Make-Ahead: This dip can be made up to 3 days in advance. Store it in the fridge and let it come to room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Toppings: You can customize the dip with a variety of toppings such as smoked paprika, Kalamata olives, or roasted red peppers for added flavor and texture.
