Ingredients
  

  • For the Bake:
  • 24 ounces refrigerated or frozen cheese ravioli about 2 cups uncooked
  • 2 cups marinara sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped, or substitute with frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning optional, for added flavor
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes for a spicy kick

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven : Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Cook the Ravioli : Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions until al dente. Drain in a colander and set aside.
  • Prepare the Sauce Mixture : In a mixing bowl, combine the marinara sauce, chopped spinach, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Assemble the Bake : Spread half of the cooked ravioli evenly on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with half of the sauce mixture. Repeat with the remaining ravioli and sauce mixture. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake : Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown on top.
  • Serve : Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with red pepper flakes (if desired) and serve warm.

Use frozen or refrigerated ravioli for convenience, or make your own homemade ravioli if preferred.
Substitute spinach with other greens like kale or arugula for variety.
